A cold day in Kansas City sent me into a local consignment shop where I discovered the inspiration piece for this editorial. In Arizona Trading Company, I found a vintage denim Harley Davidson jacket and it sparked my imagination.

While putting outfits together, my goal was to relate them all to the masculine, grungy jacket but at the same time keeping the looks feminine. I wanted each look to have a statement jacket because that is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking “motorcyclist fashion”. I also wanted to make it so that each of these looks can be worn as everyday outfits.

Everything you are inspired by can be turned into an everyday attire; whether that be fashion, art, food, tv, or whatever the hell you come across. All it takes is some inspiration and confidence.
